How to register

Registration closes October 25, 2019

Entries will be accepted on a first come first serve basis and is only secured when payment is received. 

 

$125.00 per person - teams of 4

$15.00 for dinner only

Please follow the steps below:

   Step 1: Fill out the Informational Form below.

   Step 2: Wait to receive your invoice via email and pay online.
